Wilbur Wright Orville Wright
Wilbur was born April 16 1867 in Millville Indiana. One year later the family moved to Dayton Ochildhoos their their hio. In There father would bring many toys home to the boys when they were youngsters. These toys included spinning helicopter tops. Wilbur was known to be greatly interested in invention and academics. As young inventors wilbur and Orville were greatly inspired by the german inventor otto lilienthal who had great succes in the succes of gliders. He seemed to spark a genuine intrest in the disre of flight. Over the fallowing years they worked together as inventors in 1889 they made there first flying aircraft. It was a small bipalne glider flown by a kite. This expirement helped the wright brothers make a major break through in trying to control their plane called wing warping. They also discoverd that curved wings caused lift by studying birds. Over the next 30 yeras the Wright Brothers will do years of testing and expeirement which will result in the first succesful flight on dec 7th 1904 in kitty hawk north carolina.
